Returns in 3 steps
Step 1: Let us know
Within 30 days of receiving your order, email info@norvali.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
Step 2: Send your package back
Send the product back complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. Always use a shipping method with tracking; as the sender, you are responsible for the shipment. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Step 3: Get your money back
Once we've received your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
