2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from Norvali and to every order placed through norvali.com. The terms are available on the website before you place an order.
3. Our offer
Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Images are a faithful representation of the products; obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind Norvali. If an offer is valid for a limited time or subject to conditions, this is stated clearly.
4. The agreement
The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet its conditions. We confirm your order by email right away.
5. Returns
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. During this period, please handle the product and its packaging with care and only unpack or use it as far as needed to decide whether you want to keep it. To start a return, email info@norvali.com. 6. Return costs and refunds
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we have received the product or proof that it has been sent back.
7. Exclusions
Returns do not apply to products made to your specifications, products that are clearly personal in nature, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
8. Prices
For orders shipped to the United States, prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Prices are not increased during the validity period stated in an offer.
9. Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement, to the specifications stated in the offer and to reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Delivery
We take the greatest possible care in processing orders. Products are delivered to the address you gave us. Accepted orders are shipped within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer delivery time has been agreed. If there is a delay, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please send complaints about an order, fully and clearly described, to info@norvali.com within a reasonable time. We respond to complaints within 14 days. These terms and all agreements between Norvali and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
