Terms of service

Norvali is a trade name of The Hague Flooring and Interior Design BV, Vaarnstraat 51, Vlaardingen, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce: 95842748, VAT: NL378952367B02. Contact: info@norvali.com.

These terms apply to every offer from Norvali and every order placed online. Product pages give a complete and accurate description of the products. For US orders, prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Orders and delivery
You receive an order confirmation by email right away. Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest; if there is a delay we will let you know and you can cancel free of charge.

Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return your order. Email info@norvali.com to start a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer; we refund the full purchase price within 14 days at the latest.

Warranty
Norvali guarantees that products match their description and are fit for normal use. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Complaints
Send complaints to info@norvali.com; we respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
