Heated clothing

Is a power bank included?
No. The heated vest and heated pants run on a standard 5 V USB power bank (2 A output), which is not included. We recommend 10,000 mAh or more; a bigger power bank keeps you warm longer. You can add our 20,000 mAh power bank to your order. The heated gloves run on AA battery boxes (batteries not included) or a USB power bank.

How long does a heated vest stay warm?
That depends on the heat setting, the weather and the size of your power bank. Low uses less power than high, and a larger power bank lasts longer.

Can I wash heated clothing?
Yes. Switch it off, unplug the cable and remove the power bank first. Hand wash in cool water or use a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, don't wring it out and let it air dry completely before you use the heat again.

How do I pick my size?
Our heated vest and heated pants run small. Use the size chart in inches on each product page instead of your usual US size. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely with major credit cards and PayPal. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation by email right after you order. Didn't get it? Check your spam folder or email us.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping to the US is free, with no minimum order.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A few days after you order, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Returns

What if I don't like the product?
You have 30 days after delivery to return it. Email info@norvali.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

When do I get my money back?
Within 5 business days after we've received your return.
