Returns & refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Not happy? You can return it without giving a reason.

Start a return
Email info@norvali.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Sending it back
Please return the product complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging, using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund
Once we receive your return, we refund the amount you paid for the returned item(s) within 5 business days to your original payment method. If you bought items with a bundle discount, the refund is the discounted price you paid for the returned item.

Damaged or defective?
Contact us at info@norvali.com before sending anything back and we will find a solution together, such as a replacement or a refund.
